1. Submit Request: Provide product links, images, or descriptions via WhatsApp or the form below.

2. Get Quote: We verify the total landed cost and send you a formal quote.

3. Prepayment: 100% payment required upfront via PayPal or Credit Card.

4. Quality Check: We inspect your items and send HD photos/videos for your approval.

5. Final Dispatch: Once confirmed, we ship your parcel. Total delivery: 7-14 business days.

Please read carefully before payment:

No Cancellation after Confirmation: Once you have viewed and approved the photos/videos of your items at our warehouse, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted for any reason.
Mid-Order Cancellation: If you cancel before international shipping, we will refund the product cost minus any non-refundable domestic shipping fees already paid to the merchant.
Quality Claims: In the rare event of a quantity or major discrepancy error, we will negotiate with the merchant. Any authorized returns to China are at the buyer's full expense.
Customs & Risks: Buyers assume all risks regarding US Customsinspection, taxes, or delays. We do not provide compensation for confiscated contraband.

Payment Requirements: We only accept full prepayment. No installments, no COD, no business invoices provided.

Compliance: We strictly follow CN & US trade laws. Prohibited items (liquids, powders, weapons, etc.) will be rejected immediately.
