Refund & Return Policy

At LeiChinaAgent, we prioritize transparency and high-quality service. Please read our mandatory refund rules carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation (Pre-International Shipping)

If you cancel your order after we have purchased items from the merchant but before they are shipped internationally to you, we will refund the Product Cost and our Service Fee, minus any domestic shipping costs already paid to the merchant that are non-refundable.

2. Final Sale Policy (Post-Confirmation)

Once you have viewed the HD photos/videos of your items at our warehouse and confirmed the shipment, the order is considered FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for "change of mind" or any other reason once the parcel has been dispatched from our China warehouse.

3. Quality and Discrepancy Issues

In the rare event of a verified quantity error or significant item discrepancy caused by our warehouse, we will negotiate a resolution or credit. If a return to China is authorized by the merchant, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, import duties, and logistics fees back to China.

4. Customs & Logistics Risks

We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or taxes imposed by US Customs or local postal services. No refunds are provided for items confiscated due to prohibited status.
