1. Delivery Times

Our standard international shipping time from our China warehouse to your US address is typically 7 to 14 business days. Please note that this does not include the time taken for domestic shipping within China (usually 2-4 days).

2. Logistics Transparency

We provide at-cost shipping. We will share the actual quotes from international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or dedicated air lines) with you. No service fees are applied to shipping costs.

3. Tracking

All international parcels will be provided with a tracking number once dispatched.

4. Liability

Once the parcel is handed over to the international carrier, LeiChinaAgent is not liable for losses, theft, or damage during transit. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
