Terms of Service

By using the services provided by LeiChinaAgent, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Scope

We act as your personal agent in China to facilitate sourcing, quality inspection, and logistics forwarding from Chinese platforms (1688, Taobao, etc.) to the USA.

2. Payment Terms

We require 100% upfront prepayment for all orders. We do not offer installments, cash on delivery (COD), or credit terms. We do not provide formal business invoices for tax purposes.

3. Service Fees

A flat service fee of 20% is charged based on the total Product Cost. Shipping fees (domestic and international) are billed at-cost with no additional markup.

4. Prohibited Items

We strictly comply with Chinese and US laws. We will not source or ship illegal items, weapons, flammable liquids, powders, or counterfeit goods. Any prohibited items found will be discarded without refund.
